Low resistance faults can be located with only Time Domain Reflectometers (TDR’s) and without having to use high voltage methods. 450,1150, 1,600, 3,650 joules of surge energy developed from the surge generators provide the necessary power for accurately pin pointing cable faults with the acoustic method.
